House Rules

Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. Please wash any used dishes and put any used towels in the laundry bin located in the closet. No need to strip the bedding or take the garbage out.

The bungalow has a dedicated driveway available to park as well as ample street parking. The neighborhood is convenient to downtown, PBI airport, all local attractions, and beaches. Each guest will receive a unique access code to enter the bungalow upon checkin time.

our stay at the bungalow was perfect! the putting green was very fun and the natural light is beautiful. once you walk past the gate it’s like being transported to the jungle!

I had a wonderful stay at Adam’s place. The bungalow is beautiful, peaceful, and felt just like home. It was the perfect mix of comfort and relaxation, and I had such a fun time. Adam was extremely communicative and made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

There is a dedicated parking spot as well as free street parking. Uber rides are another convenient option to access everything you need as well. There is a great Publix only a few blocks away.
